What I've discussed here with Carl Square Equator Research outlines White Pearl Technology Group's strategic vision for growth, our focus on emerging markets, and our ambitious financial goals for 2028. We're building a diversified IT services and technology group, driven by organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and a commitment to innovation in AI and smart solutions.


We operate White Pearl Tech Group as a diversified IT services and technology group built around three areas: IT services and solutions, digital transformation, and smart infrastructure. Our customers are typically large enterprises that look for partners capable of supporting long-term transformation across regions.


We provide access to growth opportunities in emerging markets while maintaining a track record of profitability. At the same time, we are building capabilities in areas such as artificial intelligence, big data, and proprietary smart solutions. This combination allows us to address immediate needs while positioning the group for future developments in technology adoption.


Our Growth Drivers


Over the past several years, our revenues have grown by more than 20% organically each year. This momentum has been supported by demand in our markets, cross-selling across the group, and the integration of new services. Our own technology — particularly in AI and smart solutions — is an important contributor to this growth and will remain a focus going forward.


Our M&A Approach




Acquisitions are an important part of our strategy. We look for opportunities that bring new technology, expand our geographic reach, and add strong entrepreneurial teams to the group. We have also refined our due diligence processes based on past experiences to strengthen how we evaluate and integrate new businesses. For us, acquisitions are about creating opportunities for both organic and acquired companies to grow together.

We continue to see strong demand in emerging markets, where technology adoption often progresses faster than in developed economies. These markets give us the chance to test, refine, and expand solutions that later benefit customers worldwide. While there are always geopolitical risks, we focus on markets that have demonstrated stability, which allows us to sustain growth and deliver consistent outcomes.


Our Financial Vision


We remain committed to our 2028 plan: revenues of SEK 827 million with EBITDA margins of 17% or higher. We believe this is achievable through a combination of our IP, skilled teams, and customer relationships. A stable dividend strategy is part of our longer-term view, reflecting our focus on creating lasting value for shareholders.


The first half of the year has shown strong results, and we expect these trends to continue. We are hiring across regions, expanding capacity, and seeing demand for our services in all the markets we serve. Looking further ahead, we aim for a balanced revenue mix between emerging and developed markets, with AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data-driven solutions as central themes.


Our journey is ongoing, and we remain committed to building a resilient, profitable, and forward-looking group. We are confident in the direction we are taking and in the ability of our people to deliver solutions that create long-term value for our customers, our employees, and our investors.
